Fall officially started on September 22. PC students have been looking forward to fall for a variety of reasons. Here are a few:

“I think that I am most looking forward to rolling around in the leaves, going to the pumpkin patch, and just the smell of the corn and pumpkin spice candles.”–sophomore Mikayla Prendergast.

“Allergies. I can’t say I’m excited, but that is the only thought fall brings to my mind. I’d say the leaves are cool, but they are the source of my pain.”–senior Kyle Howie.

“I am looking forward to bowling season starting, because bowling is the best thing to ever happen to mankind.”–junior Kody Jansen.

“Cooler weather so that when I step outside I don’t get blasted in the face with heat and humidity, and of course Nebraska football even though they have shown no ability to win a single game…it’s fine I’m fine we’re all FINE.”–junior Abbie Altena.

“The musical Oklahoma! Because I have really enjoyed getting to be part of this wonderful cast, and it’s wonderful having people from all kinds of different places coming together to create a show.”–freshman Marie Johnson.

“When fall arrives I don’t have anything to look forward to, but school being closer to ending.”–freshman Seth Van Gelder.

“I love bow hunting big huge giant bucks.”–sophomore Noah De Boef.

“One of my favorite things about fall is Friday Night Lights!!!! I LOVE going to football games and cheering on the football team with the student section. It is especially fun because I am a senior now. Plus, who doesn’t love getting half-apps at Applebee’s afterwards.”–senior Lindsay Breon.
